What an amazing stay! The staff treated us like royalty, particularly Latifa, who was incredibly helpful and informative. The housekeeping was on point, keeping our Deluxe Twin Room immaculate. The delicious breakfast fueled our mornings, and the location made exploring the area a breeze. Highly recommended!

Had an awesome time with friends! We hit up the Mall of the Emirates for some shopping and enjoyed the indoor arcade games at Magic Planet nearby. The staff were super helpful, and our Deluxe Twin Room was comfy and spacious. Definitely check out the breakfast, so many options!

Only downside was that the check-in process could be a bit slow, but it wasn’t too bad overall.

We had a fantastic time enjoying the spacious suite with colleagues and kids. The breakfast spread was impressive, especially with the live stations for pancakes. Plus, being just 5 minutes from the metro made visiting Mall of the Emirates super easy.

In my kids’ opinion, the hotel should provide more information about room arrangements for families. The double bed wasn't suitable for four, which made things a bit uncomfortable.

It was just a great fit for a break on long journey in Dubai with exceptional value. The bed in my room was not very comfortable, but I appreciated the convenient location. Consider checking in early to ensure a better room choice.

I stayed here for a week and appreciated the complimentary upgrade from a deluxe room to a one-bedroom apartment. The kitchen and washing machine added practicality to my stay. However, the provision of toiletries felt minimal. Overall, the location close to shops and dining options worked well for me.

Housekeeping needed improvement in presentation. The breakfast options were just okay, and some items took time to replenish.

Really loved the comfy room! Super clean and lovely ambiance. Ms. Vennica from the reception made our stay extra special with her charming smile!

But really, if the TV is from the Stone Age, I might as well start a shadow puppet show instead!

Impressive amenities, attentive staff, as evidenced by Mr Aman's care during my stay and the refreshing cleanliness of my One-Bedroom Apartment each day, thanks to Aravind's dedicated work. The convenient transportation just 20 minutes' drive from Business Bay.

The lobby's elegant decor with soft lighting was so inviting, making it a delightful place to relax. Additionally, the accessibility features ensured I had no trouble moving around and enjoying every area comfortably.

More seating options in the lobby would be nice.

I had a wonderful five-night stay with amazing views of Al Barsha Pond Park just a short walk away, and the Burj Al Arab was only about 3 km away, making it so easy to soak in the beautiful Dubai scenery while strolling around.

Stayed for 4 nights in a Deluxe King Room. The fitness center was great for workouts and the two outdoor pools were refreshing. Breakfast had fresh pastries and the chef made omelets on request. Room was clean daily, featuring a comfy sofa, a fridge, and a flat-screen TV. Staff like Nitin and Revathi were helpful and attentive.

I particularly enjoyed the elegant decor of the lobby, which was beautifully designed with soft lighting and inviting colors, creating a warm atmosphere. The hotel's layout was also easy to navigate, making it comfortable for seniors like me.

Improved responsiveness from housekeeping would be beneficial.
